The masseuse with breasts as big as cantaloupes kneads Chow Kah’s back with strong arms. She is clad in a small top and skin-tight jorts that reveal her creamy thighs. Lying on the narrow massage table under the air-con vents, Chow Kah shivers a little. This is his first visit to Goldfinger Executive Massage.
Earlier, Hussein had told him that the newly opened Goldfinger Executive Massage in Puchong has been packed with customers everyday because its masseuses have faces and bodies that can stop traffic in Bukit Bintang. Chow Kah had asked the receptionist at the counter, “Do you have happy ending for the massage?” And she had smiled and replied, “Yes, can be discussed with the massage lady."
Thirty minutes have passed and Chow Kah is getting impatient. Suddenly, the masseuse leans to his face and whispers into his ear, “Do you want happy ending?”
“How much?”
“Two hundred.”
“Agreed.”
The masseuse strides to the intercom beside the door, jabs a button and says, “Happy ending!”
Balloons and confetti drop from the ceiling. The piped-in muzak is replaced by the music of a 1960’s song by Cliff Richard. A lady clown jumps into the room and starts to sing:
“Congratulations and celebrations
When I tell everyone that you're in love with me
Congratulations and jubilations
I want the world to know I'm happy as can be
Congratulations and jubilations
I want the world to know I'm happy as can be
I want the world to know
I'm happy as can be!”
