In June 2011, a video was uploaded onto the Internet showing a KFC Malaysia kitchen staff squeezing dirty water from a cleaning rag into a deep fryer. Later, another video surfaced showing another kitchen staff slapping a drumstick against the heel of his shoe. En. Mohammad Alwi, KFC Malaysia’s Director of Restaurant Operations, apologized to the public. (http//sgsocialmedia.blogspot.com/2011/07/kfc-employees-playing-with-your-food.html). On February 6, 2012, a KFC Malaysia staff at i-City, Shah Alam, punched a customer over an argument. “The customer is king”’ has become “The customer is shit.” KFC Malaysia has failed twice.

BOYCOTT KFC Malaysia.
