I like to eat dried jelly (aka jelly candy). Its inside is springy but the crust is crispy. Preparation entails a lot of work as the jelly has to be sun-dried. I was delighted when I saw a stall selling dried jelly at Petaling Street. This hard-to-get goodie is a must-eat for Chinese New Year.
