Robert of Restoran Say Huat is the uncrowned king of char kwey teow (8/10) in Petaling Jaya. He has been here for 15 years and churns out almost 100 plates per day. His Indonesian helper is often seen fluffing up the kwey teow in a basin. Robert, who speaks English, uses all the standard ingredients such as Chinese sausage, pork lard, cockle, chive, bean sprout and egg. His stall opens from 11am to 11pm. Plenty of parking in a field opposite the coffee-shop.
