Ah Yip Herbal Soup in Publika serves fairly decent duck drumstick noodles. The price is RM18.60 inclusive of a drink, a small plate of braised foo-chok and groundnuts and 10% service charge. For cheaper stuff, go to SS2 in Petaling Jaya. One of the corner coffee shops has a stall that sells the same fare at only RM5 per bowl. I haven't been there for two years so maybe the price has increased. After my meal, I browsed around. Ben's Independent Grocer has set up Shucked, an oyster and seafood bar. Horrible sucking noises were coming from a few patrons. Prices ranged from RM24 to RM36 for 3 oysters. A new kiosk sells cone-shaped Hungarian bread. I bought one home. Not bad. Incidentally, the mural of the food court has been replaced by a new ugly one (pix below).
